How we handle your data when you create AI artwork.
Anigen is an image-to-image creative tool. We designed our data practices to be minimal and transparent. This policy explains what information is processed, why it is needed, and what control you have over it.
By using Anigen, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect, store, or sell sensitive personal information. Specifically, Anigen does not request or retain:

Anigen is intended for lawful, creative use only. You must not upload images or attempt to generate content that is:
We reserve the right to refuse processing of content that violates these standards. Repeated violations may result in restricted access to generation features.
When you submit a generation request, your selected image and chosen style parameters are transmitted to a cloud-based AI inference provider over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). This transmission occurs solely to fulfill your request.
The third-party provider processes data according to its own security standards. We select partners that commit to not using submitted content for model training without explicit consent.
Your creation history, including generated images and associated metadata, is stored locally on your device. You can review and delete individual records at any time from the Records section within the app.
Uninstalling Anigen removes all locally stored app data from your device. Data already transmitted for a completed generation request cannot be recalled from third-party systems after processing is finished.
Anigen requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:
We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location. Permissions are used only when you actively choose to select an image or generate artwork.
Anigen is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, please discontinue use and remove any locally stored records.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The revised version will be available within the app. Continued use of Anigen after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
